SILICONCORE 1.5MM LED DISPLAY TO FEATURE AT CEDIA
SiliconCore will launch it’s revolutionary LED displays to the home entertainment industry at CEDIA 2014. Taking place from the 11th – 13th September in Denver, the SiliconCore Magnolia 1.50mm LED will be launched with Crestron on Booth 150 where a 260” diagonal (19ft x 11ft) display will take center stage, flying high opposite the entrance to the Main Hall.
This display features the smallest pixel pitch on the market and has a native 4K resolution for ultimate clarity and uniformity. The display is scalable so can be applied to any custom install and due to the nature of LED is truly seamless.
It will deliver a large-scale 4K experience; showcasing Crestron’s expanded line-up of DigitalMedia™ 4K products.
The Crestron 4K Certification ensures that sources and displays meet the demands of a 4K distributed system. Crestron engineers in the DigitalMedia Lab rigorously test 4K products to ensure they work in a matrix-switched environment. Only those that do are awarded the Crestron 4K Certified logo. Now, for integrators and end users, finding a database of 4K products they can trust is as simple as visiting crestron.com/4K. Crestron’s CEDIA exhibit includes a live 4K switching demonstration, including Crestron 4K Certified displays from a variety of partners, including a SiliconCore® LED display, which is being shown for the first time to the home entertainment industry.
Sean Goldstein, VP of Marketing, Crestron Electronics said:
“Our DigitalMedia product line is leading the way in 4K distribution, but of course a complete system also requires great sources and displays. Under our Crestron 4K Certified program, we test those devices so integrators don’t have to. In the process, we’re thrilled to find amazing products like the Magnolia 1.50mm pitch LED display from SiliconCore that share our dedication to innovation. From pixel pitch to total brightness and contrast to color saturation and the overall clarity of the display, the Magnolia is a beautiful display that we’re thrilled to have as the centerpiece of our 4K switching demonstration.”
