Unique technologies
Exclusive to SiliconCore
We’re constantly investing in the research and development of
fine pixel pitch LED technology to ensure our displays
are the best and lead innovation across the industry.
At the core of what makes our LED display unique are these proprietary technologies:
Our industry-leading proprietary technology, Common Cathode has been instrumental in the development of our LED display technology.
Differing from Common Anode - the industry standard LED display manufacturing process - Common Cathode technology powers individual LEDs in a more efficient way by supplying dedicated power voltages to each individual LED. By controlling the power voltages, heat wastage at PCB level is eliminated - enabling unrivaled performance.
Key advantages of Common Cathode:
20-50% cooler operating temperatures and lower power consumption than the market average
Brightness capacity up to 40% higher than the industry average - maintaining brightness consistency across the product life
Fan-less operation, reducing noise pollution
Longer LED life - 100,000 hours (over 11 years) of performance
Lower pixel pitch for higher resolution displays
Color and brightness uniformity
Embedded into our driver chips, Z.A.C.H technology enhances detailing within content, which is especially noticeable in dark colors or low brightness.
Standing for Z(Impedance) Adjustment for Color Homogeneity, Z.A.C.H accurately detects the impedance variation of each LED by applying adjustment compensation. The results achieve uniform brightness and homogenous color across the display.
Key advantages of Z.A.C.H:
Accurate color reproduction in the areas of low and high brightness
Better reproduction of gray scale
Outstanding visual performance without compromise
Double the scan rate and a fourfold increase in processing speed
Reduced number of chips required
Higher refresh rates
Wider color gamut: Near Rec. 2020
LISA is the display technology of the future. Investing heavily into the research and development of this technology, our team has created a future-proofed process to protect the LED display from damage, without compromising the brightness, color reproduction, image quality or design efficiency.
The patented process uses a specially formulated technique of encapsulation, enabling the LEDs to be more robust than those manufactured by traditional techniques.
As a result, viewing angles and color uniformity have been improved; durability has been increased, ensuring no damaged pixels during installation or when the surface is touched; dust and water intrusion is very limited, with up to IP54 rating.
By precisely addressing the fragility and image quality concerns of fine pixel pitch displays, and improving upon current techniques, LISA transforms the use of LED displays. New markets will open up in retail, DOOH, touch, and rental applications by furthering the proliferation of LED in the display industry.
Key advantages of LISA:
Improved color uniformity and viewing angles
Increased durability with improved structural integrity of the module
No damage to pixels during installation or throughout the display lifetime
Touchable surface with limited dust and water intrusion protection
