SiliconCore disrupts the market once again with the Lotus 0.83mm LED display. A design-driven product showcasing the future of LED displays by combining high-resolution, high brightness and durability.

2018
SiliconCore releases the LavenderLIVE 1.2mm. Its first LED display for rental applications, providing the market with the highest resolution pixel pitch available for temporary installations.

Continuing to innovate, SiliconCore introduces Z.A.C.H HDR technology. Embedded in the driver chip, it achieves uniform brightness and homogenous color at low brightness levels, providing 16 bit dynamic range.

SiliconCore manufactures the first sub-1mm pixel pitch and highest resolution LED screen in the world; unveiling the Camellia 0.95mm to market. It goes on to receive several leading industry awards.

Continuing to push boundaries, SiliconCore releases the world’s first 1.2mm pixel pitch LED display, entitled Lavender.

The Magnolia 1.5mm LED display is released to the market. Launching at ISE and showcased with a curve, the Magnolia wins the ‘Display Product of the Year’ at the prestigious Inavation awards.

SiliconCore goes to market with the first Orchid 1.9mm 4K screen.

Work commences on creating the first line of LED displays.

Technology break-throughs lead to filing for several patents, including Common Cathode technology. A new process - which years later would enable SiliconCore to achieve sustainable displays with high pixel densities and performance features unattainable by traditional methods.

Discoveries made during technology research uncovers new methods for driving LEDs. The team embark on several years of research and development.

SiliconCore is successfully shipping over 100 million driver chips used in personal computers to run lasers in DVD-RW drives.

Founded on the talents of CEO, Eric Li and his team of engineers, SiliconCore Technology initiates as a manufacturer of laser diode controls.
