SETTING SAIL FOR MONACO YACHT SHOW
SiliconCore’s Common Cathode driven LED displays will be making their debut at Monaco Yacht Show from 23rd – 26th September at Port Hercules, Monaco. Alongside one of the company’s marine partners, Van Berge Henegouwen, the Magnolia 1.50mm LED will feature on booth QAB4 in a Full HD resolution showcasing the benefits of this unique and patented way of driving LEDs for the marine and ultra premium residential markets.
Aesthetically, the Magnolia 1.50mm is one of the smallest pixel pitch displays on the market, meaning the individual LEDs are not visible even from a very close proximity viewing distance for optimum image quality. Due to the nature of LED, the displays are also truly seamless with no gaps between panels.
SiliconCore’s revolutionary technology presents an ultra wide viewing angle of 160° and extremely vibrant colour reproduction with excellent contrast so viewers are immersed into the content for experiences that feel as real as looking out of a window, making the displays perfect for virtual balconies and home cinemas.
Operationally, the Common Cathode driver ensures that less power is lost as heat for more efficient displays with low heat output and industry leading total cost of ownership. As the displays run cool, no additional fans are needed resulting in silent operation. By reducing the heat the lifespan of the display is increased to 100,000 hours and during this time will need minimal maintenance.
